We only use your information to carry out your order and send you specially selected emails about deals that we think you might be interested in. The details collected from you do not include your credit card details.

Please note that any credit card details collected from you will not be stored, sold, leased, rented or shared to any third parties. In addition, your credit card transaction is managed by trusted, certified and legally authorized partners that ensure your credit card information is always secure during every transaction. We also store all personal details provided to us by non-registered users and use it in the same way we use the information provided to us by registered users.

We also record all telephone calls and save all email contact that our customers have with Mama Stories. This is for the purpose of quality control and the development of our services- but we may also collect additional personal data and information from your telephone calls and emails.

IP and ULR addresses are gathered through the use of Cookies- as well as the date and time of a visit to our site. Why we collect this information?

We collect this information so we can personalise your shopping experience and make sure you can easily find what you really want and need. We also use it to process your orders efficiently and accurately, for statistical and survey purposes, to make sure you’re included when we consider making site changes and/or adding new product lines and ensure the web content advertisements appearing on your screen are specially tailored to your needs. We will only contact you by email about special offers and deals with your prior consent.

Delivery

Once we have received your order, we want you to have it as soon as possible. 

When in stock, goods are normally dispatched in 1-4 days, usually within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, this will be noted on the relevant page of the website, if not you'll be notified by an email. You can request to be informed by email when it comes into stock. Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the start of the following week.

Goods are dispatched by a Royal Mail or DPD. Standard delivery fee is  £4,50 inc.VAT for all items (blankets, pillows, etc.).If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give us clear instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Please advise us if your order is needed by a specific date so that we can meet your requirements.

Returns

We are sure that you will be completely thrilled and satisfied with your purchase from Mama Stories, but if for any reason, you should decide not to keep it, you can send it back to us.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging. Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them. All carriage costs incurred with exchange or refund goods is at the customer's expense. 

We do not accept responsibility for returning goods that are lost in transit.
